Glamour Shoot

My friend enjoyed a surprise makeover session for her birthday present. She looked prettier than ever.

Henderson Waves

Wow, I've been rather laid back, really need to get back to updating my blog! I've been back from Singapore and still haven't updated some pictures I've taken there. Here is the Henderson Waves we visited. It's an unique bridge that's part of a longer bridge system. This is the first time we're here, it wasn't here 3 years ago.

Part of the Southern Ridges, the map indicates where the Henderson Waves starts and ends.

What a unique structure!

Hard to be a photographer mom with a kid who always wanted to be held.

Who needs a playground?

Not a fan of spiders, especially LARGE spiders.

Visiting the triplets

Once again, our cousins are kind enought to drive us to go visit my brother's triplets. On our drive there, I observed an adorable photo op.

My little 10-month-old niece with his adorable hairstyle.

My other niece who looks like a Japanese doll.

The girls love to smile and they enjoyed the company from their cousins.

My little nephew having fun.

I always thought it's important to capture all the expressions of a child, even when he or she is crying. Because looking back at these pictures, it brings back fond memories of being a parent, no matter how tough it might have been.

Playground fun

I got together with my old friend, Fiona, and her 2 little girls for a playdate with my boys.

The kids played very well together. Seemed to enjoy themselves to the merry go round.

The sisters were so much fun to be with. So adorable!

Honestly it's so much fun here, we could come here every week. Shaded playground and free water park all to ourselves ... more visits to come.

A visit to the Botanical Garden in Singapore

It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon, we decided to visit the Botanical Gardens in Singapore.

I love water lilies. They looked beautiful, especially with the dragonfly on it!

The orchid is the national flower of Singapore.

More water lilies.

This tall tree came from Borneo.

Bonsai Garden.

Swan Lake.

Kids get to have water fun at the children's park at the garden.

We ended the day with same kite flying by our residence.

Our Trip to Singapore

We have traveled to Singapore for a long trip to visit family. Chinatown in Singapore is filled with beautiful lights to welcome the year of the rabbit.

On Chinese New Year, all families and friends visit one another in their beautiful new clothes.

Everyone joins in with a pair of chopsticks to mix a popular dish called "Yu Sheng" which consists of some raw fish.

Here's me and my boys in our traditional clothes. The mandarin orange resembles gold and we would exchange them with friends and families to wish them fortune.

Kids gather to play in our playroom.

Kids too get to play outside on the playground.

Kids get entertained with Thomas trains and hamsters.

There's lots of candies on Chinese New Year.

The kids love being with their cousins. Here they are on a car ride home after visiting friends.

Here they are on a phone call with their cousins. Can't get them apart.

I brought the kids to a shaded playground at the IMM Building. This place was usually crowded with kids over the weekends. I love weekdays.

They turned on the waterpark just for us. The waterpark is located at the top of the mall. The boys had tremendous fun there!

Looks like this will not be the last time we'll come here. How fun!
